The Voice of Peace Organization proudly celebrated **International Women’s Day under the theme: “The Safety of Women and Girls Is the Foundation of All Development.”

The event was held in West Darfur State, El Geneina, in partnership with all organizations working within the Protection Sector across the state.

This important occasion served as a platform to reaffirm the collective commitment to promoting the safety, dignity, and rights of women and girls as essential pillars for sustainable development, peacebuilding, and community resilience.

The celebration brought together key partners, civil society actors, and community stakeholders to highlight the critical role of women and girls in shaping a more peaceful, inclusive, and prosperous society.
